No doubt you have approached, and been approached by numerous different companies offering properties for sale overseas, why should you choose us?

How it works
By now you have probably had some contact with either one of our agents, our call centre or registered on the website, however if you haven“t yet registered through the website you will need to visit our main page and register.
After registering you will be contacted by one of our customer service staff who will ask you a series of in-depth questions to assess what you are looking for, and the best way to help you achieve it. You will then be assigned a dedicated agent who will take you through the entire buying process - they will be your eyes, ears and your source of advice and support.
Your agent will provide you with a list of properties tailored to match your individual requirements. From these you will narrow down a shortlist of properties and these will form the basis of your viewing trip (see opposite for more details).
They will arrange appointments for you with brokers and solicitors and all the other people you need before you fly2buy. You will need to confirm your budget and get an agreement in principle on any mortgage before you start to look at property. (See our pages on the buying process for more information).
Once you have found your dream home, you will need to put down a reservation fee to secure your property, normally between £2000-3000. We recommend you do this back in the UK through our central office or via your agent. This ensures that you do not make any snap decisions, that you and your solicitor can obtain research and that you receive your cashback at completion. After initial contracts are drawn up then you will be required to pay your deposit (this can vary depending on where you buy and which developer you are buying from), which is typically 20-30%. You may have to pay other staged payments depending on whether your property is off plan or ready to move in to.
